Delivery Policy

- Same-day delivery (order before daily cutoff time)
- Next-day and scheduled delivery
- Express and urgent delivery
- Delivery across Altona, Hobsons Bay, and Melbourne-wide
- Delivery to homes, businesses, hospitals, aged care facilities, churches, and funeral homes
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses, recipient unavailability, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Click & Collect and In-Store Pickup
You may choose to pick up your order from our physical store:
- Walk-in purchases are available with fresh bouquets ready daily
- Click & collect orders must be picked up during business hours
- Custom bouquets can be made while you wait (subject to availability)
- Last-minute "grab & go" flowers are available in-store
If you do not pick up your order within the agreed timeframe, we may contact you to arrange a new pickup time.
Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations:
- Orders may be canceled free of charge before our team begins preparing your flowers
- Once preparation has begun, cancellations may incur a fee
- Same-day and urgent orders may not be cancelable
Refunds:
- If you are unsatisfied with the quality of your flowers, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos
- Refunds or replacements are offered at our discretion for valid quality issues
- We do not offer refunds for changes of mind or incorrect delivery addresses provided by you
